In total speedbridging took me around 1 week to learn but more time to master in-game. Nice thread, and I think this could definetly help a lot of players improve their skywars game. In Singleplayer, practice going for stretches of 16 blocks before stopping until you get used to it. Then slowly add 8 until you can hit 64, in which you are already good at speedbridging.
My minecraft cant operate with any autohotkey scripts, when MC window is in full-screen mode (F11). Ninja bridging is all about timing, making sure that you click at the right time and unshift (or shift depending where you are on the block) After you place a couple of blocks just keep practicing.
Keep practising otherwise you will never get anywhere because any form of speed bridging requires practice whether it's, Ninja, Fast Staircase ect, they all require practice. In bedwars, when you first start, you will naturally be nervous (sweaty palms) when you first start speedbridging, which will cause you to fall in the void a lot.

Basiclly your traveling the length of the block at walking speed then your crouching for a very small amount of time. You use shift as a way to slow down and properly Minecraft speedbridge ninjabridge place the next block or you'll end up missing and fall off 9 times out of 10. The less time you spend shifting, the quicker you'll be at making the bridge.

If you have no clue what ninja bridging is then it's basically a shift-unshift technique, where you place a block unshift walk to the edge of the block, shift then place down another block, which you will then repeat till you have finished the bridge.
